support/testing: remove TestATFMarvell There were only two users of Marvell ATF: SolidRun MacchiatoBin board and ClearFrog GT 8k board. After mv-ddr-marvell package update both boards switched to upstream ATF. Remove tests for now unused Marvell ATF.
