habanalabs/gaudi: increase timeout for boot fit load The firmware running in the boot stage takes more time to execute due to increased security mechanisms. Therefore, we need to increase the timeout we wait for the boot fit to finish loading. Signed-off-by: Oded Gabbay <oded.gabbay@gmail.com>
