[PATCH] fix epoll_pwait when EPOLL=n
Fixes http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7371
sys_epoll_pwait needs to be listed as a conditional (weak)
entry point for CONFIG_EPOLL=n.
