GFS2: use BIT() macro

Replace 1 << value shift by more explicit BIT() macro

Also fixes two bare unsigned definitions:

WARNING: Prefer 'unsigned int' to bare use of 'unsigned'
+		unsigned hsize = BIT(ip->i_depth);
