[libata] sata_via, pata_via: Add PCI IDs. Supplied by VIA. Also, convert named constants to hex values in the pata_via PCI ID table. (standard libata policy for PCI device IDs, which are considered simply arbitrary hex numbers, without a need to create a single-use constant in linux/pci_ids.h) Signed-off-by: Jeff Garzik <jeff@garzik.org>
