scsi: hisi_sas: Use devm_bitmap_zalloc() when applicable
'hisi_hba->slot_index_tags' is a bitmap. Use 'devm_bitmap_zalloc()' to
simplify code, improve the semantic, and avoid some open-coded arithmetic
in allocator arguments.
