xfrm: Use kmem_cache_zalloc() instead of kmem_cache_alloc() with flag GFP_ZERO.

Use kmem_cache_zalloc instead of manually setting kmem_cache_alloc
with flag GFP_ZERO since kzalloc sets allocated memory
to zero.
