[CPUFREQ] Longhaul - Remove duplicate multipliers

Remove duplicate multipliers in clock_ratio table. On 1,4GHz
Nehemiah two frequencies are present twice in table. It isn't
fatal, but with voltage scaling enabled each will be set twice.
