s390/setup: avoid using strncmp with hardcoded length Replace strncmp usage in console mode setup code with simple strcmp. Replace strncmp which is used for prefix comparison with str_has_prefix. Signed-off-by: Vasily Gorbik <gor@linux.ibm.com>
