driver core: devtmpfs: fix compile failure with CONFIG_UIDGID_STRICT_TYPE_CHECKS
If CONFIG_UIDGID_STRICT_TYPE_CHECKS is enalbed, the below compile
failure will be triggered:

This patch fixes the compile failure.
