ALSA: hda - add PCI IDs for Intel Braswell

Add HD Audio Device PCI ID for the Intel Braswell platform.
It is an HDA Intel PCH controller.

AZX_DCAPS_ALIGN_BUFSIZE is not necessary for this controller.
