drivers/cpufreq: Make virt-cpufreq configurable through dt. Reimplement virt-cpufreq driver to read the machines cpu topology as well as OPP tables from the device tree (similar to cpufreq-dt). Signed-off-by: Floris Westermann <westermann@google.com>
