Replace crosvm.ext4 by cvd-host_package.tar.gz

Add the Cuttlefish host binaries archive/package from build:

https://ci.android.com/builds/submitted/7603964/aosp_cf_arm64_phone-userdebug/latest/

that were used to produce the crosvm.ext4 disk image in commit
ed7b94812ad82 ("crosvm.ext4: Update to latest version").

Remove the pre-built image as it can now be generated from the archive.
