| Subject: [PATCH] CMakeLists.txt: compile squirrel with -fPIC |

| Ensure that squirrel is compiled with -fPIC to allow linking the static |
| libraries with dynamically linked programs. This is not a requirement |
| for most architectures but is mandatory for ARM. |
