| Subject: [PATCH] hwclock: Fix settimeofday for glibc v2.31+ |

| The glibc implementation changed for settimeofday, resulting in "invalid |
| argument" error when attempting to set both timezone and time with a single |
| call. Fix this by calling settimeofday twice |
