| Only enable getifaddrs support when available |

| On uClibc, the ifaddrs.h support is optional. While the default |
| Buildroot uClibc configuration has it enabled, some external |
| toolchains may not. Therefore this patch detects that and adjusts |
| softether usage of ifaddrs accordingly. |
