Subject: [PATCH] Makefile: allow passing CFLAGS and LDFLAGS

This patch is applied to squeezelite Makefile to add override
directive for CFLAGS and LDFLAGS assignment.
This enables adding flags to CFLAGS and LDFLAGS in Makefile.
