Btrfs: reserve sufficient space for ioctl clone

Fix a crash/BUG_ON in the clone ioctl due to insufficient reservation. We
need to reserve space for:

 - adjusting the old extent (possibly splitting it)
 - adding the new extent
 - updating the inode
