platform/x86: touchscreen_dmi: Add TrekStor SurfTab duo W1 touchscreen info

The TrekStor SurfTab duo W1 (ST10432-10b) has a Goodix touchscreen which
has its x-axis mirrored.

Add a quirk to fix this.
