| all frontends should treat ‘<samp><span class="samp">^done</span></samp>’ and ‘<samp><span class="samp">^running</span></samp>’ |
| identically and rely on the ‘<samp><span class="samp">*running</span></samp>’ output record to determine |
| which threads are resumed. |
