| Subject: Makefile: Move -pie to LDFLAGS |

| Move -pie from LDLIBS to LDFLAGS and make LDFLAGS configurable to allow |
| the user to drop it by setting their own LDFLAGS (e.g. PIE could be |
| enabled or disabled by the buildsystem such as buildroot). |
